·         Start exhaling the air slowly.

·         It is recommended to do this exercise in front of the mirror 6 times in a row.

Pursed Lips Breathing

·         You should first lie down or sit straight in a chair and relax the muscles in your shoulders and chest.

·         Start taking a slow, deep breath by your nose only not by your mouth for at least two seconds.

·         Purse your lips then such as you were about to whistle or blow out a candle.

·         Breathe out slowly and steadily for a count of four that is twice as long as your inhale through your pursed lips.

·         Repeat the process.

Deep Breathing

·         First of all you should find a comfortable place to stand or sit and relax your shoulders and chest muscles.

·         Then, push your elbows back slightly to open up your chest cavity and give your lungs more room to expand.

·         Take a deep breath in by your nose until or unless your lungs are fully inflated.

·         Hold your breath than for approximately five seconds.

·         Exhale at a slow pace by your mouth until you have pushed all of the air out of your lungs.

Diaphragmatic Breathing

·         First of all sit down in a chair or lie down in a comfortable position. Ensure to relax the muscles in your shoulders, neck, and chest.

·         Then, you should place one of your hands on your chest and the other one on your belly so you can feel them expand as you breathe.

·         Take a deep breath in, focusing on using your belly or diaphragm to breathe. Ensure to keep your chest still.

·         After that, exhale at a slow pace through pursed lips, ensuring to use your belly to push the air out while you keep your chest still. It would be better if you feel your belly deflate

·         Repeat the process as many times as you can.
