Exercise 1-

This exercise would include following the below steps-

1.       Fill your lungs at the count of 5 and raise the arms above the head.

2.       The arms on the count of 5 have to be dropped down

3.       The retaining of the air is to be done at an open throat

4.       The gradual exhalation of the air has to be done

5.       The exercise has to be done in front of the mirror 6 times in a row

 

Exercise 2-

This is the exercise that needs to be done during walking. The steps are-

1.       The nose must be used to inhale in the 5 steps slowly and smoothly

2.       The exhalation through the nose for the next 5 steps must be done

3.       After one week one must try the same exercise following the steps

Exercise 3-

This could be done only after the first two exercises for 3 weeks is done.

One needs taking a breath in the thirds

One has to pause between every partial breath and observing how you feel

Then the exhalation in the thirds has to be done

One needs to pause between every exhalation and seeing how they feel while doing it
